Payment Terms of Service
Last Updated: 10/10/24
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
By using the Payment Services, you agree to adhere to these Payment Terms. Keys Booking may temporarily restrict or suspend your access to the Payment Services or certain features to perform maintenance necessary for smooth functionality. Keys Booking may also modify, enhance, or introduce new Payment Services. We will notify you of any changes unless the modifications do not significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms.

The Payment Services may include links to third-party websites or resources (“Third-Party Services”). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. Keys Booking is not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of Third-Party Services, nor do such links imply any endorsement by Keys Booking.

Keys Booking may provide features that allow you to authorize other members or third parties to perform specific actions using your Keys Booking account. If such a feature is enabled, you acknowledge that anyone you authorize to access your account may use the Payment Services on your behalf, and you will be held responsible for any transactions they initiate.

You grant Keys Booking the authority, directly or through third parties, to verify your identity and the information you provide. This may include (i) checking you or any authorized representatives against third-party databases, (ii) requesting reports from service providers, (iii) requiring submission of government-issued IDs (e.g., driver’s license or passport) for verification of personal information, or (iv) confirming ownership of your email, payment method(s), or payout method(s). Keys Booking reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to Payment Services if verification is unsuccessful.

Your use of certain Payment Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Payment Terms and terms specific to a particular service, the specific terms will take precedence unless otherwise specified.
2. Guest Terms
When you link a payment method to your Keys Booking account, you’ll need to provide details such as your billing information and financial data to Keys Booking or our third-party payment processor(s). By doing so, you authorize Keys Booking and its payment service providers to collect and store your payment information.

When you add or use a new payment method, Keys Booking may verify it by (i) authorizing small amounts through a payment provider and requesting confirmation from you, or (ii) asking you to upload a billing statement. We may refund these nominal amounts as part of the verification process. Any payment method added during checkout will be saved for future use. You cannot remove a payment method linked to an active reservation until 14 days after your check-out date or until any pending Damage Claims are resolved. For bank accounts used as a payment method (available in the US), the account must be able to accept USD-denominated debits.

You authorize Keys Booking to charge your payment method (including using more than one payment method if applicable) for all fees due, including taxes and any applicable Damage Claim amounts. If you pay by bank account, you authorize Keys Booking to debit your account according to the schedule displayed at checkout and to correct errors, issue refunds, or make necessary adjustments as needed.

If your payment method details change (e.g., new account number or expiration date), we may obtain updated information from financial partners or your bank and automatically update the payment method on file.

In most cases, Keys Booking will charge the total amount due once your booking request is accepted by the host. If using a real-time payment method, Keys Booking will collect the payment either at the time of your request or once the host accepts. You may be offered alternative payment options, with any additional fees displayed during checkout. If Keys Booking cannot collect the total amount at the scheduled time, the payment will be collected at a later date. After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

The currencies available for payments may be limited due to regulatory or operational reasons, such as your country of residence or selected payment method. Any restrictions will be communicated, and you may be prompted to choose another currency or payment method if needed.

If your payment method is issued in a different country than the United States, or if your payment method's currency differs from the one selected at checkout, your payment provider may impose fees, such as foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. For example, if you use a Euro-issued card to book, your payment provider may apply fees. Keys Booking is not responsible for these fees, and we encourage you to check with your provider if you have questions.

If a booking is declined, canceled, or you cancel your request before it’s accepted, any amounts collected will be refunded to you, and any pre-authorization on your payment method will be released.

Keys Booking reserves the right to decline or limit payments that violate our risk management procedures, the Payment Terms, or that we believe are unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal. We also reserve the right to restrict payments that expose Keys Booking or others to unacceptable risk.

Certain payment methods may involve third-party payment service providers, and these providers may charge additional fees. Keys Booking is not liable for such fees. Additionally, your payment method may be subject to separate terms of use, and we advise you to review them before proceeding.

Keys Booking is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of providing incorrect payment method details.

Keys Booking may offer the option to pay part of the total amount at booking and the rest closer to check-in. This option depends on the listing and payment method. If selected, you’ll be shown the amounts, currency, and schedule for future payments. These payments will automatically be charged to the original payment method you used.

If you modify your booking, Keys Booking will adjust the payment schedule accordingly. By selecting this option, you agree to use the same payment method for all subsequent payments. If Keys Booking cannot collect your payment, you will be notified and given 72 hours to complete the payment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking, and refunds will follow the host's cancellation policy.

For certain bookings, such as stays of 28 nights or more, Keys Booking may require you to make recurring payments toward the total amount owed. If this applies, you’ll be informed of the payment schedule during the booking process.

To stop recurring payments, you must notify Keys Booking at least three business days before the scheduled payment. You may be asked to confirm your request in writing, and if you fail to do so within 14 days, Keys Booking may continue processing payments.

From time to time, guests may be offered the ability to pay for a booking on credit or through installment plans. These services are provided by a third party, such as Klarna Bank AB, and subject to separate terms and conditions provided at checkout. This will establish a financial relationship between you and the third-party lender, and Keys Booking is not involved in this credit arrangement. Be sure to review the terms before selecting this payment option.
3. Host Terms
Keys Booking typically collects the total payment for a reservation once the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.

To receive payments, you must link a valid payout method to your Keys Booking account. When you add a payout method, you’ll be required to provide details such as your name, government ID, tax identification, billing address, and financial information. Depending on your chosen payout method, additional details may be requested, such as your residential address, account information, and identification numbers. Providing the necessary information is essential for your payout method to be valid. Keys Booking may update its information requirements over time and may withhold payouts until requested details are provided and verified. By adding a payout method, you authorize Keys Booking to store your payment information, and, if required by law, share it with government authorities.

Once payment is received from the guest, Keys Booking will generally initiate your payout 24 hours after the guest’s scheduled check-in time. If the check-in time is flexible or unspecified, payouts will be processed 24 hours after 3:00 PM local time (or UTC, if local time is unavailable). For reservations lasting 28 nights or more, the first payout is typically processed 24 hours after check-in, with subsequent payouts occurring every 30 days for the remainder of the booking.

Keys Booking may offer alternative payout schedules or triggers, which may involve additional conditions. The time it takes for the payout to reach you will depend on the payout method you choose.

Your payout will consist of the total booking price, minus any applicable service fees, taxes, and amounts allocated to any co-hosts or property owners. In the event of a canceled booking, payouts will be issued according to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Keys Booking reserves the right to temporarily hold or suspend any payout to prevent fraudulent activities, assess risk, address security concerns, or conduct investigations. Payouts may also be delayed or held in cases of widespread booking cancellations.

Payouts will be made in the currency you select on the platform, though availability may be limited due to legal or operational constraints. If your preferred currency is not available, you’ll be prompted to choose an alternative. Keep in mind that third-party payment processors may impose fees for currency conversion or transactions, which Keys Booking is not responsible for.

For compliance or operational reasons, Keys Booking may cap the amount of a single payout. If you are owed more than the limit, the payout may be divided into multiple installments over several days.

Your payout method may involve third-party payment providers, who may charge additional fees. Keys Booking is not responsible for any such fees. Please review the terms and conditions of your selected provider before linking your payout method.

Keys Booking may pool funds collected from guests and invest them in compliance with applicable laws. Any interest earned on these funds will be retained by Keys Booking.

Keys Booking is not liable for losses incurred if you provide incorrect payout method information.

If you work as part of a team or organization providing host services, Keys Booking may allow you to distribute payouts among team members. Keys Booking will execute payout instructions based on your input and is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect payout allocations.

Certain hosts may be eligible to receive payouts via virtual credit card (VCC). Keys Booking will issue a unique VCC number for each reservation, which can be charged 24 hours before the guest’s check-in. VCCs expire 180 days after the check-in date. You must process the charge within this time frame, or the funds will be forfeited. Keys Booking reserves the right to audit VCC charges within one year and may request documentation to support the transaction.

Guests may have the option to pay for their bookings using installment or deferred payment plans, provided by third-party services such as Klarna. By choosing this option, the guest enters into a separate financial agreement with the third-party provider, which is subject to additional terms at checkout.
4. Appointment of Keys Booking as Limited Collection Payment Agent
Each host, including all members of a hosting team, appoints Keys Booking as their payment collection agent solely for the limited role of receiving and processing payments from guests who purchase services on their behalf.

Each host, including all team members, agrees that any payment made by a guest through Keys Booking will be treated as if the payment was made directly to the host. The host is required to provide the agreed-upon services to the guest as though they had received payment directly. Hosts acknowledge that Keys Booking may issue refunds to guests as per the platform’s Terms. The host's right to receive payment from Keys Booking is contingent upon Keys Booking successfully receiving funds from the guest. Keys Booking guarantees payouts to hosts only for amounts it has successfully received from guests, and by accepting this role as a limited payment collection agent, Keys Booking assumes no liability for any actions or inactions of the host.

Guests acknowledge and agree that, even though Keys Booking is not a direct party to the contract between you and the host (or team members), Keys Booking acts as the host's payment collection agent for the limited purpose of accepting payments on behalf of the host. Once a guest makes a payment to Keys Booking, their payment obligation to the host is considered fulfilled, and it is Keys Booking's responsibility to transfer the funds received to the host as specified in these Payment Terms. If Keys Booking fails to transfer the funds as part of the payment process, the host’s only recourse will be against Keys Booking, not the guest.
5. General
Keys Booking may apply fees for using certain payment services, and any applicable charges will be clearly outlined in the Terms or displayed on the platform.

By using Keys Booking, you authorize us to collect amounts owed in accordance with these Payment Terms and the Terms. This can be done by either charging or debiting the payment method linked to your booking or any saved payment method unless you have revoked permission, or by withholding the amount from future payouts. Specifically, you authorize Keys Booking to collect amounts related to bookings, modifications, cancellations, or actions as a guest, host, or platform user. Any collected funds will be applied to settle your obligations to Keys Booking. We may also collect amounts owed to a host, applicable taxes, payments agreed to in resolution processes, Damage Claim amounts, overstay penalties, and service or cancellation fees. If a guest cancels or Keys Booking cancels a booking, any refund amounts already paid to you as a host may be deducted from future payouts. For amounts owed after a booking, such as fees from payment plans or booking modifications, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

If your payment method cannot be charged, you remain responsible for unpaid amounts and authorize us to charge another payment method on file. If payments fail, additional fees from your bank may apply. If collection efforts fail, we may pursue remedies like engaging collection agencies or legal action. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may reclaim amounts from future payouts. For chargebacks or delinquent amounts tied to your payment method, you may be liable for incidental fees.

If Keys Booking cannot recover amounts owed, collection services may be used to retrieve funds.Amounts are considered overdue after 120 days from the charge attempt or when services were rendered and considered in default if not collected within 365 days of the initial attempt. Communication about amounts owed will be via email or phone and may come from Keys Booking, payment partners, or third-party agents acting on our behalf.

Keys Booking will resolve any payment processing errors, which may involve crediting or debiting the original payment method to correct the amount. If funds are received in error, Keys Booking reserves the right to recover them by adjusting future payouts. If this occurs, you agree to return the funds immediately.

Refunds or credits due to members under the Terms, Major Disruptive Events Policy, or other refund policies will be issued by Keys Booking as outlined in these Payment Terms. When required, the refund process will start immediately. If a host cancels, funds may be held for up to 72 hours, allowing guests to receive a refund or rebook. In some cases, credit may be offered instead of cash, with the timing of refunds depending on the payment method. In a Force Majeure event, refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
6. Damage Claims and Amounts
If you are found liable for any Damage Claim amounts under Section 14 of the Terms, Keys Booking, through its payment processing partner, may charge the payment method you used to make the booking or any other method saved in your account, either at the time of the claim or shortly thereafter, to collect the required amount, up to the limit specified in Section 14. By making a booking, you agree that Keys Booking may charge the payment method associated with that booking to cover any Damage Claim costs.

You agree that Keys Booking can recover amounts from any applicable insurance policies you hold and may take additional steps to recover owed amounts. This could include using collections agencies or pursuing legal action or claims against you, particularly for Damage Claims or payments requested by hosts under the Host Damage Protection program.

7. Abandoned Property
If Keys Booking is holding funds owed to you—for example, because we're unable to provide a payout or refund, or you haven't used a gift card or credit within the time period specified by your state's, country's, or governing body's unclaimed property laws—we may handle these funds according to our legal responsibilities. This could involve reporting and transferring (escheating) the funds to the appropriate governmental authority as required by applicable unclaimed property regulations.
8. Prohibited Activity
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Payment Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and tax obligations. In using the Payment Services, you agree that you will not, nor will you help or allow others to:

violate or bypass any laws or regulations; breach any agreements with third parties or infringe on third-party rights, including the Terms, Additional Legal Terms, Policies, or Standards; use the Payment Services for purposes not explicitly allowed by these Payments Terms; register or use any Payment or Payout Method in your account without proper authorization; attempt to avoid, disable, or circumvent any security measures set up by Keys Booking Payments, its providers, or any third party protecting the Payment Services; take any actions that harm or could negatively impact the performance or functionality of the Payment Services; attempt to decode, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software used in providing the Payment Services; infringe upon another's rights or cause harm to others.

We are required to follow internal policies and comply with U.S. laws aimed at preventing money laundering and enforcing sanctions. This includes financial sanctions or trade embargoes imposed by the U.S. government, such as those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of State. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. financial sanctions and export control laws.
9. Force Majeure
Keys Booking shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures to meet obligations under these Payment Terms that result from extraordinary and unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control, where the consequences could not have been avoided even with all reasonable efforts. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, actions of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, or other health crises, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials ("Force Majeure Event").
10. Disclaimers
If you decide to use the Payment Services, you do so at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Payment Services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, either express or implied.

Even though Keys Booking may act as the limited payment collection agent for Hosts as described in Section 4, we expressly disclaim any responsibility for the actions or omissions of Members or other third parties. Keys Booking's duties as a payment collection agent are limited to those specifically outlined in these Payment Terms, and any additional duties that may be implied by law are, to the greatest extent permitted, expressly excluded.

If we decide to perform identity verification on any Member, we make no guarantees, either express or implied, that these checks will reveal previous misconduct or prevent future misconduct by the Member, to the extent allowed by law.

These disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may have other legal rights or warranties that cannot be excluded, but the duration of any such legally required warranties will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
11. Liability
You understand and agree that the entire risk of accessing and using the Payment Services is yours to bear, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you allow someone else to use your Keys Booking account, you are responsible for any actions they take. Neither Keys Booking nor any other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Payment Services will be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, service disruptions, computer damage, system failures, or the costs of substitute products or services, as well as any damages related to personal injury or emotional distress. This applies whether the issue stems from (i) these Payment Terms, (ii) your use or inability to use the Payment Services, or (iii) any interactions or communications with other members or people as a result of your use of the Payment Services. This includes claims based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and it applies even if Keys Booking has been made aware of the possibility of such damages and even if a limited remedy fails its essential purpose.

Except for our obligation to make payments to Hosts under these Payment Terms or for an approved payment under Host Damage Protection, Keys Booking’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Payment Services will not exceed the amounts you have paid or owe for bookings in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 if no such payments have been made. These limitations are essential elements of the agreement between you and Keys Booking. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limits may not apply to you. If you reside outside the U.S., these limits do not affect Keys Booking’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to release, defend (at Keys Booking's discretion), indemnify, and hold harmless Keys Booking, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, that arise from or are connected to (i) your breach of these Payment Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Payment Services; (iii) your failure, or a failure at your instruction, to accurately report, collect, or remit taxes; or (iv) your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
13. Modification, Term, Termination, and other Measures
Keys Booking reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time, except as required by applicable law. If material changes are made, we will update the Payment Terms on the platform and adjust the "Last Updated" date. We will notify affected users at least 30 days before any modifications take effect. If you do not terminate your agreement before the changes become effective, your continued use of the Payment Services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement between you and Keys Booking, as outlined in these Payment Terms, begins when you create an account or use the Payment Services and will remain in effect until you or Keys Booking terminates the agreement.

You can terminate this agreement at any time by emailing us at support@keysbooking.com or deleting your Keys Booking account. By doing so, you are also canceling your Keys Booking account as per the general Terms. Keys Booking may terminate this agreement for any reason, providing 30 days' notice via email. Immediate termination may occur without notice if (i) you have seriously violated this agreement; (ii) provided inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent information; (iii) violated laws or third-party rights; or (iv) Keys Booking deems it necessary to protect its members, the platform, or third parties.

Keys Booking may limit, suspend, or permanently revoke your access to the Payment Services for various reasons, including (i) compliance with legal requirements or court orders; (ii) violation of these Payment Terms or applicable laws; (iii) providing inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information; (iv) overdue or defaulted amounts owed; or (v) to prevent fraud, illegal activities, or protect the safety of members and third parties. Access may also be temporarily suspended for failed payments due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or other issues until a valid payment method is provided.

If Keys Booking takes any of the actions outlined, you may appeal the decision by contacting customer support.

If you cancel your Keys Booking account as a host or if Keys Booking takes the measures described above, Keys Booking may refund any guests with confirmed bookings, and you will not receive compensation for canceled bookings. If you cancel your account as a guest, refunds will be processed according to the property's cancellation policy. If your access to Payment Services is limited or terminated, you are prohibited from registering a new account or using Payment Services through another member's account.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
If you are engaging with Keys Booking, these Payment Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Legal proceedings (other than small claims actions) that are excluded from any arbitration agreement must be brought in state or federal court located in Florida. Both you and Keys Booking consent to venue and personal jurisdiction within the state of Florida.

Keys Booking conducts all business solely within Florida. There are no contracts or agreements applicable outside of the state. Hosts must own properties within Florida, and guests booking through our platform must be visiting the state.
15. United States Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT OUTLINES HOW YOU AND KEYS BOOKING AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION, AND INCLUDES WAIVERS FOR CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT OVERRIDES ALL PRIOR VERSIONS.

This Arbitration Agreement applies to you if you are conducting business with Keys Booking in the United States, specifically in Florida. All hosts must own property in Florida, and all guests must book accommodations located in Florida. Any legal claims or disputes involving Keys Booking will be subject to this Arbitration Agreement. If you attempt to bring a legal claim outside of Florida, this Arbitration Agreement will apply solely for the determination of whether the matter should be handled in Florida, as well as threshold issues like residency, arbitrability, and applicable law.

Keys Booking is committed to a customer-friendly dispute resolution process. This agreement provides for a two-step process for individuals to whom this Section applies: (1) informal negotiations with Keys Booking’s customer service team (described in Section 15.3), and if necessary, (2) binding arbitration in accordance with this Arbitration Agreement. Both parties retain the right to resolve disputes in Florida small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

At least 30 days before initiating arbitration, both you and Keys Booking agree to send a written notice of the dispute and attempt in good faith to negotiate a resolution. You must send your notice to Keys Booking’s designated agent for service in Florida, and Keys Booking will send its notice to your email on file. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, you may file for arbitration.

You and Keys Booking mutually agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Payment Terms or the use of the Keys Booking services will be settled through binding individual arbitration, conducted in Florida. Any disputes regarding the formation, enforcement, or scope of this Arbitration Agreement will also be decided by the arbitrator. This Arbitration Agreement applies only to those engaging in business within Florida.

You and Keys Booking agree that the following claims are exceptions to this Arbitration Agreement and will be brought in a Florida court: (i) any claim seeking emergency injunctive relief based on exigent circumstances (e.g., imminent danger or criminal activity); (ii) claims for public injunctive relief; or (iii) any individual claim of sexual assault or harassment.

The arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted in accordance with rules of the selected arbitration provider. For individuals contracting with Keys Booking, arbitration will be conducted within the state of Florida, in the county where the host property is located.

To minimize costs, any required arbitration for disputes under $1,000,000 will be conducted remotely. For disputes exceeding $1,000,000, hearings will be held in the appropriate Florida county, unless otherwise agreed.

Your share of arbitration fees will follow the applicable arbitration rules. If you meet certain financial thresholds, Keys Booking may cover your arbitration fees, provided you submit required documentation.

Either party may request that the arbitrator impose sanctions if the other party brings claims found to be frivolous or filed in bad faith.

The arbitrator’s decision will include the findings and conclusions of the case, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction, within Florida.

Both you and Keys Booking waive the right to a trial by jury for all disputes covered by this Arbitration Agreement.

You and Keys Booking agree to waive the right to participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative or consolidated proceeding. Any non-arbitrable claims must be resolved in a Florida court.

You and Keys Booking waive the right to arbitrate or resolve claims as part of a Mass Action. Disputes involving more than 100 similar claims must follow specific batch arbitration rules.

If a Mass Action proceeds, arbitration will be conducted in batches of no more than 200 claimants, in accordance with Florida jurisdiction rules.

Either party may offer judgment terms before arbitration. If an offer is rejected and the rejecting party does not achieve a more favorable outcome, the rejecting party must cover certain costs incurred by the offering party.

If any part of this Arbitration Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply, ensuring that disputes are handled in Florida.

If Keys Booking modifies this Arbitration Agreement, you may opt out of the changes by submitting written notice within 30 days of the amendment. This does not alter your prior agreement to arbitrate disputes in Florida.

This Arbitration Agreement will remain in effect even if you terminate your use of Keys Booking services or close your account.
16. Miscellaneous
These Payment Terms, along with any supplemental terms, policies, guidelines, or standards, represent the complete agreement between Keys Booking and you regarding payment services, replacing any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal. If any part of these Payment Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific provision will be removed without impacting the enforceability of the remaining sections.

If Keys Booking does not enforce any part of these Payment Terms, it does not waive the right to do so at a later date unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. The exercise of any remedy under these Payment Terms does not prevent either party from exercising any other rights available under these Terms or applicable law.

You cannot assign, transfer, or delegate your rights and responsibilities under this agreement without obtaining written consent from Keys Booking. However, Keys Booking reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate this agreement, including any associated rights and obligations, at its sole discretion, with 30 days' prior notice.

Unless otherwise specified, any required communications or notices under this agreement will be delivered by Keys Booking via email, platform notifications, or messaging services like SMS. The notice will be considered received on the date it is sent by Keys Booking.
