Do you only accept entire homes?
Yes. We only allow entire houses, villas, and private rentals - no shared rooms.
Are condos or townhomes allowed?
Yes, as long as they have a valid rental license and meet our standards.
Do I need a dock to list my home?
No, not required.
What are the service fees?
Our guest service fee is 12% - much lower than most national platforms.
How do payouts work?
We process payments securely through Stripe. You’ll receive funds automatically after each guest checks in.
Do you charge hosts a fee too?
Yes - Hosts pay a processing fee of up to 3% on payouts. Founding Partners do not pay a Host fee.
Do you promote listings locally?
Yes. We feature homes and hosts across our local Keys social pages, newsletters, and travel videos.
Can I manage my own calendar and rates?
Yes. You control your calender, including preferences like availability, pricing, and minimum nights - you can also sync your calendar with booking platforms like Airbnb & VRBO.

Yes - you can update photos, prices, or details anytime from your dashboard.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No - you can remove your property anytime.
What if a guest damages my property?
You’re covered under our host protection guidelines. We assist in coordinating claims or reimbursements.
Do you offer support for guests during their stay?
Yes. Our concierge team helps guests directly - so hosts get fewer messages and smoother check-ins.
